I'm very pleased to be a Lawn Doctor customer. I had previously used a large and well-known lawn service for weed control. I had done so for greater than 15 years. However, a few hiccups after I relocated to the Columbus-Phenix City area caused me to look elsewhere. A neighbor of mine has a nice well-kept and weed free lawn so I asked who they went with, and I connected with Lawn Doctor. They came out right away and assessed my weed situation. After a few applications my lawn is once again one to make me proud to display. The Lawn Doctor Team is professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They are Highly Recommended. ~ Christian H

I previously commented “not good”, but I will definitely remove that comment as the owner, Matt, personally took care of my concern of a matter that I may have been wrong about but was concerned that happened. Matt renewed my confidence in Lawn Doctor as I have always been so pleased with. Best lawn company in the area and quite affordable compared to others. If you saw the two neighbors lawns on both sides of my lawn and my lawn not having one weed, you would be amazed at how good Lawn Doctor cares for your yard. Thank you. Lawn Doctor services my property consistently and has for the last ~10 years. One thing that helps immensely is following the directions the Lawn Doctor technicians leave after servicing my yard. Every year my front and back yard grow green. The technicians keep a consistent schedule that keeps my yard free from weeds and pests. I've been extremely impressed by the Customer Service and professionalism that I've received from all I've communicated with at Lawn Doctor of Columbus. Matt always calls ahead to let me know when he'll be servicing my lawn, and provides detailed instructions on mowing or watering for best results. I have gotten to the age that lawn care is to much work I had contacted a few of the big names in the business and got the run around about when they could come out and the weeds are taking over by now I saw a LawnDoctor sign gave them a call and they came the next day and serviced my lawn within 4 days the weeds died and my lawn looks great I am very very satisfied and happy with LawnDoctor and their service and price I leave their sign up in my yard so people will know who does my service. Lawn Doctor of Columbus is the only company in town that I have ever dealt with. The customer service representative are friendly and have worked around my schedule for maintenance and retreats. The cost per application is reasonable, and overall we have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years. Within the past 2 years we started their Tree and Shrub program. This is 100% worth signing up for. We have several trees and shrubs that have blossomed under their program. ~ Roy S

Compared to other Lawn Care services Lawn Doctor is hard to beat. The technicians are knowledgeable and have great character. This leads me to believe management holds these guys accountable and leads their employees by example. My lawn stays green and weed-free, as long as I do my part as a customer to water, mow, and follow any recommendations they give. Been using them for 2+ years. Service is excellent. I was worried that the lawn care service would “say” the did it, but I can attest that Lawn Doctor actually does the service they say they do. Going into my third year and very pleased to NOT fight the yard weeds on my own. Doing it on my own was such a pain, as I never timed it out right and still got weeds bad sometimes. Very accommodating per our request the call and notify us when they're coming because we have to unlock gate as we have 2 dogs, 1 is not friendly. That way we can ensure they are inside. He always remembers to close the gates when he's finished. Administration staff are courteous, very professional and helpful. ~ Cathy S
